Windfall Industries

Windfall Industries developed Medina Assembly and Packaging or M.A.P. in 1999. It started in Granger Township just two blocks from the Medina County Board Facility o_n State Route 94. Windfall had rented about 5,000 sq. ft. of production space and 1,000 sq. ft. of office space. It o_nly took us about a year and a half to grow and realize we needed more space. We ended up meeting our current landlord who worked with us closely to make sure the building was going to meet our needs. Our new site has 10,000 sq. ft. of production space, with the ability to store over two hundred skids of product in less than 1,700 sq. ft. This, along with two adjustable docks and two overhead doors gives us the ability to handle the larger truck-load customers. Along with the larger workshop space we gained much needed office space with two meeting rooms available for team meetings.
