We are a full-service manufacturing facility (from ideation to manufacturing). Wheeler Bags USA is a family-owned business that has been designing and producing unique field cases, bags, packs, and pouches for over 30 years. The company was started back in 1983 while I was stationed in Germany, as a radio operator in the Canadian Forces. The lack of practical and rugged field kit available spurred me into designing products for my own use. This led to producing military gear for fellow soldiers and then into a full-time business. Fast forward a few years and I am proud to say we have been designing and producing our own products in North America since 1986. Our manufacturing facility in Saint Petersburg, Florida uses only the highest quality military spec. materials and is well set up to create just about any sewn product you can dream up! Over the years, we have created a wide variety of military (and non-military) custom products, from cases that house rocks for geologists to bags used in the transportation of explosives. Our reputation is based on three principles: Honesty... there's nothing hidden here. We use only the best quality materials we can find and make our products as durable as possible - no cutting corners. Essentially, we strive to make a product that you would want to buy and that will sell itself. Customer Satisfaction... we believe in treating our customers in a personable manner. Nowadays we converse with most of our customers through email or by phone. But that doesn't stop us from treating those customers in an over-the-counter fashion regardless of where they are located. You'll get a live person whenever you call during Store Hours! We Listen... a lot! Here at Wheeler Bags USA, we strive to make our products a true reflection of what our customers ask for.
