Welcome to Visual Impulse Company, we are a full package cut and sew facility with over 25 years experience located in Southern Georgia. We manufacture a wide range of clothing and products including; Ladies Boutique wear, mens camouflage clothing and military flat seam underwear. We work with a variety of fabrics including; woven, knit, corduroy, nylon, and canvas. Our services include pattern making, prototypes, and samples with your production order. We are driven to provide the best possible technology and services for those that need garment manufacturing and more. Small and large lots welcome. Using LECTRA software and the most technologically advanced production equipment, Visual Impulse Companyês highly skilled staff can produce any order with precision. If you don't have an existing pattern, we can make your pattern and development samples. Please anticipate and budget for a few rounds of sample making. Based on the complexity of an item, a charge to cover the cost of pattern development, machine setup, tooling, and procurement of materials is made. Customers that have done their full development, can send us their markers and production approved samples for cut and sew services. When an order is placed, a pre-production sample is always provided for sign-off before production begins. Once order is confirmed and deposit (amount based on order) is received, production will start. You will receive an expected completion date once your production deposit is received and all components of your production is present at our facility. If customer is providing fabric, labels, trims, packaging materials or any other components, these items will all have to be present before production can start. Visual Impulse Company has the right to delay or change completion date of the production until all components to complete production has been received. Once final production sample has been approved, software operators take project specifications, create and digitize the pattern to create the most cost-effective layout. Information is transferred onto a plotter to produce a working pattern, which gives the precise specifications needed for final layout in the cutting room. Quality fabrics are tested for durability, stretch and shrinkage. Once fabric has been cut, seamstresses assemble to customer specifications. Careful inspection and packaging of every order is completed. The order can then be shipped anywhere around the world.
