Clearly a fake review written by someone affiliated with the company. I wrote a real review months ago and it's since been taken down and replaced with this bullshit one. I'll be resubmitting my review. If Maker's Row takes it down again, I'll be canceling my membership.
We started working with Unionwear just under a year ago after approaching tens of other factories with a project that was a little bit unconventional. Unionwear was the only factory willing to listen and test our design (And it worked!). Nicole was our first contact and she was so kind! Even when she didn't understand what I was trying to ask she would call me right up to get it clarified or bring in someone from a specific department to help understand. Upon visiting the actual factory in Newark, I was so happy! Its so nice to see happy people working in a happy and clean environment, I knew immediately that I wanted to do business with them. Mitch, the CEO of Unionwear, went above and beyond to be a part of the process and make our company feel valued. We've worked with Unionwear ever since. They've met every deadline, squeezed in every silly sample that I've put through last minute and really just done an incredible job with our product. I can't imagine we'll be changing our factory any time soon (if at all).
