did not get a quaity grading package as requested
I took it to manufacturer and realized samples were not done as requested. Had to get it redone = more $$. Every time I was given a total price , it would go up on final bill for bits that were not included(or mentioned). It's like ordering an ice Tea and getting some ice and a tea bag. you ask and response is "oh water is extra". Shipping charges for example. I ask how much for shipping, I get told $20. I get invoice and it's $46 plus $20. The $20 is for the box that was never mentioned when I asked how much> I would not recommend. Glad I took my business somewhere else for manufacturing
