Paul James is a brilliant and skilled designer who can effectively problem-solve to develop a complex, highly technical garment while achieving a high fashion look. Paul James was able to take an existing sample and pattern and completely re-engineer it to deliver"wow" functional results and with a stunning new design. He understands brand positioning and brand benefits and translates this into his end-product. In addition to design and development work, Paul James is excellent at sourcing high-quality materials that deliver on product benefits and meet brand objectives. Paul James remained passionate about my brand and product throughout the development process and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we nailed it!

I moved back to the US in December 2014 and with my move I wanted to bring my manufacturing back to the States. That was no easy feat as I needed a pattern maker, someone to help with fabric & notion sourcing and an insight into US factories. I was fortunate to have met Paul and his team! My line of resort, travel and active dresses are amazing after the Paul Francis Touch (www.RoamingDhabiDesigns.com); Paul was able to take my sketches and turn them into dresses that look as great on the hanger as they do in person. He was also able to help me with every step of my interim-release, patterns, fabric/notion sourcing, dying my fabric and locating a factory that would produce small lots. Using Paul as the point person on all aspects of my production schedule has allowed me to focus on my US marketing and not “stress” about the multiple items that need to fall into place. Paul is also patient with the many questions/concerns that I have regarding every aspect of my line and has never failed to call or email with answers.
