The Sales Concept helps designers and fashion brands grow their business through various sales and merchandising strategies. As industry veterans, co-founders Traceena Peterson and Lauren Tanaka use their 25+ years combined experience working for both large and small companies on the wholesale side of the business to help fashion entrepreneurs understand the business side of the fashion industry. Through our various workshops, events, blog, online training courses, and private coaching, we provide actionable tips and strategies to help you no matter where you are in your journey. We believe that growing your business shouldn’t be confusing, frustrating, or stagnant if you are using these tried and true strategies that we’ve implemented over the years. We believe that small brands and indie designers deserve as much (or more) success as big brands and companies.
