The Company invests continually in state of the art tooling, machinery and software. Design and prototype consultation occur over secured intranet systems speeding final design decisions. Our ISO 9001:2015 registered manufacturing floor features robotic welding, precision plasma/laser cutting, solid state punching and forming tools and finish powder coating. All completed on one campus where production flows JIT from raw material to finished product. [ Metal Fabricating ] Metal fabricating is our heritage and has been the basis for all our advances since 1946. We started with a hand painted metal breadbox built with a rivot gun and tin snips, Now, our integrated manufacturing floor uses plasma cutting and robotic welding to convert steel to your product or component with unmatched quality and proven reliability. Automated, highly dependable CNC technology, couples with ISO 9001 principals to manage your product from sheet steel to packaging. Our varied forming methods accommodate sheet steel from a delicate 26 Gauge galvanized to a hearty 7 Gauge annealed structural brace.
