My experience with JWC has exceeded all expectations. I live in New York City, and the business is based in Pennsylvania, but the founder's son lives in my area and is local point of contact for JWC. He was so nice, and so patient with me (a young designer who had never done a bulk production run), and worked around my schedule to meet with me and discuss my plans even though my operation is very small. He helped me figure out how to execute my first production run, and conferred with the Pennsylvania team to advise which materials were best to use. I ended up with a batch of flawless product-they matched my drawings perfectly without me ever even going to the factory, and did it for a great price. Each piece is sturdy and high quality, and the customer service is truly five star. I was so happy with my experience, that I recommended JWC to two different seasoned architects on separate occasions, who have gone on to have their own great experiences with JWC, and I continue to spread the word when the opportunity arises. Truly a great experience from start to finish!

Cutter and team were great in taking my product from one-off pieces to manufacturable design. They were able to work with me and my design to keep prices low allowing me to keep production in the US. I look forward to a continued relationship with them and would recommend them to others looking for wood manufacturing.
