I couldn’t express how much gratitude and respect I have for both Ali and Jason for helping me throughout the long and tedious journey of creating my own clothing line. I met with them over a year ago with a simple concept and idea, they have patiently guided me through each and every step of my first collection: understanding my vision and putting it into actual designs, from pattern making to quality finishing, managing the production process as well as helping me out with branding. I couldn’t recommend a better place for any designer embracing the “made in NYC” value. As of now I am the proud owner of a contemporary unisex and sustainable clothing line based in NY and I couldn’t have done it without them. Thank you for your professionalism and constant support!

I have worked with The Independent Project on samples development for my brand, on 2 separate projects. They also assisted me in sourcing fabrics.I highly recommend them for the following reasons: - They are very reactive and have been responding to all my e mails in a timely manner. They were also able to adapt to my schedule. That makes them very reliable. - They have always respected the deadlines and are able to deliver, even though the timeline had sometimes to be accelerated. - They are very experienced in the fashion field and were able to provide great feedback design wise and from a technical/pattern making standpoint. - They have delivered samples for which the level of finishing is very high end. I would absolutely work with them again!
