Technifab, Inc

Technifab is rapidly becoming a major product and system solutions provider for major aircraft manufacturers utilizing a lightweight, flame retardant foam material that is changing the way engineers think about part design. Through the utilization of various conversion, fabrication, molding and assembly processes, Technifab's engineers are able to respond to our customers' design initiatives to reduce weight in aircraft with innovative product solutions. Technifab began in 1994 providing closed-cell foam materials manufactured by the major raw material suppliers in the world to various converters of foam across a number of markets as a stocking distributor. Eventually, conversion equipment was added to convert foam buns utilizing skiving, die-cutting, vacuum-forming and molding equipment. In 2005 Technifab committed additional capital and resources in the pursuit of opportunities focusing on the aerospace market and today Technifab's Quality System is approved to AS 9100 Revision C and ISO 9001:2008 without Design, validating the company's systems and resources within this market segment. We don't sell products, we manufacture custom engineered solutions.
