In 2014 Elizabeth founded turnkey apparel strategy, design, and product creation center Studio 317. Elizabeth brings over 30 years experience driving step-function product and supply chain innovation to Fortune 500 apparel companies. Prior to founding Studio 317, Elizabeth was Nike’s Global Senior Director of Apparel Innovation, where she spent 17 years in progressively more senior leadership roles in Apparel Product Creation and Innovation. At Nike, Elizabeth initiated and drove short term and long-term innovation roadmaps for global sports moments such as the soccer World Cup and the Olympics, directed startup of product creation offices in Brazil and Argentina, and led business turnarounds in Mexico, India and South Africa. She has managed and evolved product processes and has always been motivated by the desire for constant improvement. She is inspired by her strong desire to elevate craft and test disruptive ideas that will push the industry’s innovation boundaries.
