SpringPrototypes dot com was designed to assist in the development and manufacture of small sample lots of compression springs to physical dimensions. 1 piece to 50 pieces are most common for my services, however I have done lots as large as 100 pieces. Music (piano) wire and Type 302 Stainless Steel are typical material types. Currently I can manufacture to your physical dimensions only. Load and Rate testing is a service i hope to have in the near future. Having over 20 years in the spring manufacturing industry, I can provide you information to help you through the initial phases of your business or personal design, repair, or replacement project.
