I don’t know if he didn’t know me or doesn’t like working with start ups but my experience with Eric was horrible. He was disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Multiple times he has lied to me. I’ve been in the industry for 20 years, I know my stuff. Luckily for me our relationship went as far as sampling. I can imagine trusting him with production. If my experience is how he continues to do business, I wish him luck.

  I am sorry you feel you has a bad experience. Please expand on how we treated you poorly, unprofessional or dishonest and lied. Theses are strong words and so so far from the truth. We went out of our way to get your pattern file that you submitted , not even knowing what you were sending was correct or not. We had your file converted locally at your request to our Gerber system and started in emails there was a additional small fee. . We are very glad to show you or anyone the full and open transparency of the email strand between us and you as the customer . Additionally the work we did for the conversion has a cost and this was not paid . We made your sample as requested in the quicktime We take pride in our 34 years in business as a domestic facility in helping our customers new and old, large and small and go out of way in this process. We are very concerned when we see a review that is inflammatory and so off bass. As a small business we stride for customer satisfaction and our customers success .   We are so grateful to Eric and the team for flawlessly helping with the samples, sourcing and overall cut and sew of our swimwear line! We have worked with past factories that were a nightmare, and working with Spoiled Rotten was truly an amazing experience. Eric was always so helpful, kind and ready to talk us through any questions or issues throughout the process, and his knowledge and experience in the industry made us feel confident in the advice and help he offered to us. We were able to come in to the factory to check on our pieces in each step of production, and our timelines were always completed (often early!). The quality of our finished product was beautiful - and Eric was still available afterwards if we had any changes or corrections which they were happy to help us with. It is so hard to find a trustworthy factory that truly cares about their clients and puts every effort into making your pieces perfect - and Spoiled Rotten did exactly that.   I have been working with Spoiled Rotten almost a year and we've done sampling, pattern making, and a few production runs with them so far. The quality of the work is always impeccable! Eric is wonderful to work with. He is nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I came to work with Spoiled Rotten after almost 2 years of working with a manufacturer who made the process stressful, unnecessarily expensive, and overall just not a good experience. Working with Eric is such a difference! I can always trust that he will communicate any problems, help me fix them, and be on top of my production while keeping me in the loop. Finding Spoiled Rotten has truly been such a relief and a key component in the success of my brand. If you're thinking about working with them, I say do it 100%.
