I have tried to contact this company through this website and their own about a month ago, but have heard nothing back from them. They advertise that they are open to start ups and small businesses but that is obviously not true. Even if they don't have the time to start on a new project, they should let you know. Very disappointed, if I could give zero stars I would because that is what they have given me.

David was very kind. He replied to my messages promptly while being supportive by extending references for my project despite how busy the company is at the moment. This act of kindness and support in itself told me a lot about his character and Shoe Lab NYC. Additionally, I have read about this company prior to sending an email to them. After my experience communicating with them, I would recommend this company.

David was quick at getting back to us and super helpful with what we needed! Highly recommend.

  Bad Communication

  I have tried to contact this company through this website and their own about a month ago, but have heard nothing back from them.   Very professional and excellent advice

  Very friendly and supportive. Being a beginner In the business, I applied to couple of companies. Shoe Labs was very prompt in replying. Unlike others I was not forced into signing a contract. Neither I was discouraged to pursue my idea. I was given good references and great suggestions need for a newbie. It was pleasant to deal with Shoe Lab and I would highly recommend to everyone.
