Bipolar and unresponsive in general. Worked on many of my patterns for a few years and when I chose not to work with her inhouse production she became very aggressive and eventually dumped all of my files without proper identification. Total nightmare!
Don't believe her response she is very nasty and constantly blamed pattern flaws on factory production and refused to review the pattern problems. Very bitter about not using her production facility and finally told me that she is only doing pattern work for people doing production with her and dumped all my files in a drop box with half of the files weren't even labeled. I would have considered production but it was considerably inferior to my current standards and at least 30% increase in price.

Hi Christian, I'm sorry that you feel compelled to post a misleading review considering our last contact was in 2013.
I don't think it's fair to use maker's row as a tool for a personal attack, while conveniently leaving out the fact that you chose to ignore my concerns (for five years) over the lack of style number management and the problems this would inevitably lead to
The other misleading statement I'm objecting to is the "perceived notion" that our pattern making services are available contingent on placing production orders... As any of our clients can attest to (in addition to the information on our website and service agreement) the statement is completely FALSE
We are committed to help and promote the amazing support for Made in USA products even if (along the way) we expose ourselves to the whims of people making false claims about the way we conduct business :-(
