too bad
I was hoping to work with this company, the photos make it look like a well-oiled machine, but each time I wrote they didn't get back for days. Then the first thing they sent me was a non-disclosure agreement, which they said was mutual. After reading it I saw that it was not, in fact, mutual, but I signed it anyway. After spending half a day filling out the forms and finalizing the designs, and notes on the designs, I sent it to them, along with my own NDA. It was like I was speaking a different language, they didn't even try to interpret the designs. So I spent another week drawing them in Illustrator. Ready to send it and guess what? They won't sign my NDA. How can they expect to work with designers if they require an NDA and don't give ANY reassurances of design protection in return? All that work and not even a quote.
