We offer the following production services: pattern making, sample sewing, grading, product development and cut and sew production. We have over 30 highly-skilled team members who can handle all of your needs, whether large scale or small batch production. Our sewing line includes state-of-the-art equipment for wovens and knits. We have specialized shirt sewing equipment including pocket setter, button and button-hole indexers and collar-turning machine. Our specialized knit machines include industrial-grade flatlock, coverstitch and a programmable zig zag machine.

Our current large-scale operation is producing a men’s highly technical button-up shirt, in both short sleeve and long sleeve. The shirt specifications include pockets with flaps, detailed cuffs with plackets, and tight tolerances.
Our button front shirt features french seams, back yoke, and sleeve cuffs with plackets.
