Rempac Llc.

We offer our customers a broad range of open and closed cell foamed plastic and sponge rubber materials, unique conversion processes and a corporate commitment to excellent customer service and thorough quality assurance. In 1990, we evolved from a converter of industrial and protective packaging to a manufacturer of consumer products. Our Abrasive Coated Sanding Sponges are preferred by craftsman and contractors alike as the tool of choice for surface preparation. Our complete line of wet-dry sanding sponges are designed for and marketed in the wood working, metal finishing, paint, drywall, plastic, ceramic, auto body and solid surface trades. Our cleaning sponges are top performers in multiple marketplaces; consumer, commercial and institutional. Laminations of specialty sponge, cellulose, fiber and our unique Teflon-safe coatings make for powerful cleaning products. We supply flexible foam components and offer private labeling, contract packaging of sponges, mops and cleaning devices worldwide. We strive to provide the highest quality product possible by bringing new products to our customers, continuously reviewing procedures, learning about new materials, and staying invested in our industry.
