PGA International provides custom industrial sewing services to a variety of industries. We offer a wide range of stitch patterns including double straight, locking (straight), overlocking (surging/overcast), zig-zag, and embroidering to create custom products. Our specialty production shop can produce prototypes, minimum 1,000 piece small runs and large scale production runs. Following photos, sketches, samples, and verbal instructions, we design bags from nylon, polyester, and vinyl-coated polyester materials and add features such as buckles, cord locks, grommets, hooks & loops, snaps, ties, twist-locks, elastic or webbing straps, and zippers. Our secondary services include die cutting, hot stamping and embossing, screen printing, and thermal transfer to create truly unique products. Typical lead time is a minimum of 3-4 weeks and a maximum of 70 days. For over 20 years, PGA International has been designing and manufacturing custom distinctive bags for various industries.
