Great Start, Poor Finish
I came to this company with an idea and they helped me create a sample. The sample wasn't what I had envisioned but I expected that I could talk to the company about what I felt wasn't to me liking and could change it when creating a prototype. I was wrong, I left multiple messages and emails about this and have received no reply. Everything seemed to be going great with this group until I finally received the sample. I came to them with a flat sketch that was detailed enough for no mistakes to be made, but what I received was missing some details and had details that I did not want included on the sample. I was hoping that I would have just been able to send it back and request the changes but as I said I have not been able to get ahold of this company. Although my experience with this company wasn't great does not mean yours won't be.
