Our industrial manufacturing facility in downtown Austin provides made-in-USA high-quality production for private label partners. This work also provides meaningful, living wage employment to refugee women resettled to the Austin community. Our partners have included IKEA, Miranda Bennett Studio, Newton Supply Co and Tew Teg towels to just name a few. We would love to talk to you!

I contacted this company at the end of Nov 2021 about availability for a production order and was told they weren't taking new clients until Feb/Mar 2022. I was asked to send information on my product which I did. That was the first week of December and I never heard back. I followed up again in Mid January and never got a reply.
Working with Open Arms has been one of the best things to ever happen to my company! They are so kind and patient, do excellent work, and I feel that they truly care about my product. Since starting my company, I've struggled with finding the right manufacturing partner, and my experience with Open Arms has been on a complete different level than anyone else I have worked with! I feel so lucky to live nearby so that I can get to know everyone on the team, and see that it is such a positive workplace committed to helping refugee women in our community. It's the kind of place that leaves you with a warm fuzzy feeling every time you visit. (I know, cheesy, but totally true!) On the product side of things, they are very thorough with sampling and make sure things are just how I want them before moving into production. I just received my second batch of items made by them, and each one is perfect! I honestly just can't say enough good things about them, and I'm just so happy to have found such a great manufacturing partner!
