Online Commerce Group LLC

Online Commerce Group (OCG) is an e-commerce company focused on custom and made-to-order products that are proudly made in America. Its proprietary software platform and sophisticated business processes are the backbone of its portfolio of retail websites, primarily serving the home furnishings and commercial furnishings markets. OCG's core business model is Mass Customization. OCG has worked to perfect and scale the "Mass Customization" model with a suite of proprietary software that allows custom or made-to-order products to be sold online. Founded in 2004 and based in Montgomery, AL, the company has already expanded into its first international market, opening its CushionSource.ca Toronto, Canada location in March 2012. From custom cushions to made-to-order market umbrellas, OCG has streamlined the complicated steps in both the online process for the site visitor and the manufacturing partners it works with. Residential customers, Interior Designers and commercial buyers looking to customize in the past encountered a long and tedious process with limited high-cost options and a lengthy fulfillment cycle. By taking this custom and made-to-order concept online and streamlining all custom steps from order through fulfillment, OCG provides a quick turnaround on a low volume custom order process online that is second to none. Across all of our businesses, OCG's senior management team is focused on three strategic priorities: (1) Creating quality and innovative sites that continues to differentiate OCG, LLC custom and made-to-order business models as best-in-class; (2) Deploying cutting-edge technology to showcase our custom and made-to-order products in way that allows our customers to get as close to our products as possible through innovative online steps and product image rendering; and, (3) Expanding and adding depth to our global presence, particularly in emerging markets that will keep OCG, LLC very diversified across multiple markets.
