Is a response to a inquiry within 21 days to much to ask?
I submitted a project to NYC HAT Factory 3 weeks ago. I've yet to receive a response. This is very disappointing from a company that started out as a small business with a Kickstarter program. You would think they would understand the challenges of getting a small business of the ground. Is a response of "we're too busy", "we can't take it on at this time", or "we're not interested be too much to ask"? Is anyone too busy to answer a email? I think it's time Maker's Row looks into many of the factories they've listed and ask them are they truly willing to work with start ups and small businesses. Must I give this business a star?
