Since 1997, Nature USA has been committed to manufacturing apparel with a reduced impact on the environment. Our full package garment facility is located in sunny Southern California. We use eco-friendly fibers, less water, less energy and local manufacturing for an overall smaller carbon footprint. Over the years, Nature USA has grown to a fully integrated vertical operation. Our flexible manufacturing process allows us to create production lines for each individual project. Our services include developing yarn, fabric, first sample, duplicates, cut & sew, and full package manufacturing. Although most garment manufacturing has moved offshore, we have stayed committed to our cause of producing eco-friendly and socially responsible products, made right here in the U.S.A. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS For your convenience we have complied a list of most frequently asked questions. Please read this section before contacting us. What is your production minimum? Generally 1000 to 1500 pcs per style, per color. What is your turnaround time? Typically 8-10 weeks. We create the capacity for large orders or ongoing commitments ensuring on-time delivery and quick turnaround time. Can you send us garment/fabric samples? Once we confirm we can take on your project, we prepare and send samples specific to your project. Do you charge for development or samples? Yes, in most cases we quote a flat fee to develop a style which includes pattern and first sample. Additional sample units are charged at 2 x production price. For larger orders (minimum 5000 pcs per style) development and sample charges are waived. What are you specialized in? We are specialized in apparel, sportswear, active wear and intimate wear categories made with circular knit fabric. Do you offer Woven fabrics? No. Can you make bag cover, hats, pillow case, bandanas,...? While we technically can manufacture all of these products, we are not the right source for them. Do you do printing? Yes, we have an in-house garment printing operation. What is the cost of printing? Printing cost per unit for most graphics range between $1.00 to $3.00 plus Setup Charges. We can quote exact price once we have your artwork. How do I get started?
