Nap Brothers was originally founded in 1948 in Hartford, CT, before being relocated to its current location in downtown Glastonbury, CT in 1956. The business initially got its start as a mass producer of furniture frames but eventually began to specialize in the production of custom furniture. Today our custom orders include chairs, sofas, sectionals, loveseats, chaise lounges, beds, headboards, ottomans, and turned legs. Our frames feature double dowel construction, glued and screwed corner block assembly, and are made predominantly from North American hardwoods. All designing, millwork, and assembly is completed right in our shop to ensure quality from start to finish. We pride ourselves in the strength and quality of our frames, as well as the flexibility and creativity of our designs to meet the demands of custom orders.
