Mount Vernon Packaging is a second generation, family-owned business. The company was founded in 1971 by Eugene W. Schoenrock and has been run by his son-in-law, Donald Nuce, since Mr. SchoenrockÕs passing in 1995. Mr. Nuce expanded the company and moved to its current location; a 55,000 square foot facility located at 135 Progress Drive in Mount VernonÕs industrial park. At Mount Vernon Packaging we strive to offer the best possible customer service and our close-knit staff work hard to make sure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. We also warehouse products for our customersÕ last minute needs. We use environmentally safe materials and our products are 100% recyclable. We were also chosen to be the proud recipient of the Ã'Small Business of the Year AwardÃ" by the Knox County Chamber of Commerce in 1999.
