We are a tightly knit team of Michiganders who take our craft and our fun seriously. We are committed to making great tile, spreading our abundant positivity, and sharing how we do it all. Our company was founded in 1992 by Nawal Motawi (front and center), who started out making tiles in her garage and selling them at the local farmers market. We now make our tiles in a 12,000 square foot facility and sell them through over 400 stores spread across the United States. We utilize Toyota Style Production techniques and have a healthy, intentional, corporate culture. We believe in teamwork, positivity, and high performance, and we love making tile for you.
