Everyone knows Mood because of it's TV successes but it hasn't changed the staff one bit. They continue to be helpful and supportive. I visit the store quite often, sometimes just to browse. Unlike other stores, they're a-okay with people taking their time. The staff have taken the time to answer my many questions, give me their business cards and remember faces. They actually know the fabrics or will direct you to someone who will. The store is always full of foreigners who come for the popularity aspect but Mood employees do not, in my observations, display the jaded vibe of some other fabric stores. Whenever I can, I stop by Mood just to get inspired, sometimes. And I haven't even started talking about the beauty of the fabrics. I wouldn't recommend shopping at Mood if you're a start-up and can't afford to duplicate the prints elsewhere but if you're just looking for a few yards to custom make something, this is your place.
