Modern Rust is a design + build furniture company created with the belief that with a little patience and creativity, an unwanted piece of lumber can be reborn as something worthwhile and wonderful. Most of our pieces are made using materials that have been reclaimed, recycled, re-purposed or reused. Our pieces are designed with simplicity of assembly and transfer in mind, and since handcrafted, eco-friendly furniture remains at an unattainable price point for many, Modern Rust has been modeled to bridge the gap by offering an affordable green furniture line.
