As we were starting up our small brand, Joanne and Chung made it easy for us to get to prototypes quickly, do fast iterations, and then go into production in a timely manner. The style that I had envisioned was brought to life by their great team. Being local and responsive helped us tremendously. Would recommend to any small business.
Very easy to work with, were very helpful and finished my samples in a timely manner.
We are new at garment development and production, but we are seasonal accessories companies. When we find a good vendor that is really good at their trade; we noticed the difference. The first sign was they understood our needs, and they were able and willing to guide us through the process effortlessly in a timely manner. Communicate are clear, and consulting is free. Joanne and Chung were able to answer most of our questions, and addressed all our concerns. If they don't have the answer, they were able to point us to the right people with answers. Since our company added apparel into our collection, we have work with multiple manufacturers we have found in Makersrow. Many were agents, or subcontractor. The few better manufacturers are either too prices focus, or just don't understand our needs. We were surprised to be able to accomplish everything in one short session with Joanne that we couldn't with other vendors in the past six month. In our industry, we don't usually share our best supplier and vendor information with our competitors. But in Makersrow there is really no secret since all vendors are rated. So we will make an exception to recommend MCM to all fashion professional that seek quality manufacturing help. We sincerely thank you Joanne, and your team for the effort and patient you put in to help us launch our new line. We will give you six stars if we could.

Thankful that I found MCM! Joanne has been wonderful! She responds to emails and questions in a very timely manner. She has worked hard to make sure I had what I needed in time for tradeshows - very reliable, professional, and thankful as a emerging designer to have found MCM.

I had NO experience in the manufacturing or the fashion world in general, so finding someone I could trust and rely upon was so important to me! There are so many advantages to manufacturing domestic and taking a trip to MCM Enterprise sealed the deal! Ms. Joanne and her crew have been absolutely staple in making the project flow smoothly and does an amazing job at communicating responsibilities of both parties. I have a project that I want to manufacture/produce and since I am new to all this that I have a lot of questions. What this company offers is exactly what I need...that personal touch of making me feel welcome, they are very responsive to my emails and gave me a lot of information, wealth of suggestions and so professional. Joanne Lau is amazing, even if she does not have the answer, she responds to the email to let me know that she got my message and that is really all that most people want is that acknowledgement, whether the answer is YES or NO. I sure will recommend this company. My product is not even in production yet but I fell that I am in the right place and I cannot wait to see the finish product. I really appreciate the hard work!!
Joanne is a professional and the quality of production is of high standard. I had tried another manufacturer listed in Makers Row and they had very mediocre manufacturing and where highly unprofessional.
