LS Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of LifeSpan, Inc. and has two locations with a combined total of over 55,000 square feet of space. We offer a variety of services to suit your needs. We have three divisions Custom Sewing & Assembly, Fulfillment/Warehousing, and Woodworking. LS Solutions strives to always meet our customer's expectations with low production runs, by maintaining the highest quality and quick turnaround. We have two locations with a combined total of over 55,000 sq. ft. of space with 33 ceilings with which to warehouse, package and ship your products. Services include: Medical Assembly, Scientific Hardware Assembly, Medical Device Packaging, Fulfillment, and warehousing. Our custom sewing is located in North Wilkesboro, NC., within a converted warehouse that has approx. 35,000 sq. Ft. Services include: Medical sewing, Bandages, Hot Packs, Wraps, Neonatal, Medical OR wraps, Hospital draw sheets, Sleep disorder headgear, adjustable IV cover sleeves, and Industrial sleeves, Military/Medical Sewing. Our specialty woodworking is located in Troutman, NC with a total of 17,056 sq. ft. of available work and storage space, with which to perform the various jobs and to store lumber. We off the following types of services: Assembly, Collating, Fulfillment, Land Surveying Stakes, Packaging, Shrink Tunnels, Panel Cutting, Pallets, Furniture. LifeSpan Inc. provides many services for those in our lives that live with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Profits gained from LS Solutions go back into the parent company to help support our individuals with disabilities.
