Terrible Factory
I second the other review. They are terrible. They don't communicate and continue to push off the work. They treat you like a chump.

LBU Inc. offers functional Custom Bags in a variety of sizes and fabrics. We offer a full range of colors for stock and custom bags with silkscreening of logos, emblems, slogans or messages for premium & incentive needs! At LBU, Inc. we know that the bag that carries your customer's logo is their face to the public. It must represent them well and in the style they expect. We not only provide what they want, but offer even more than they expect in the way of design, fabrication, and serviceâ€"both made to order and in stock. PRODUCT â€" If it can be sewn, we can do it. From the simplest of cosmetic cases to the most intricate sample case, we have specialists to accomplish the mission. And now we have a full range of imported product on the shelf for immediate delivery. DESIGN â€" We keep up with the latest styles to add that "retail" look to your project. Send us a picture, sketch, or a sample for duplication and we can adapt to your budget needs. Or ask us to "think outside the bag" and suggest an idea. We have designers who can do that. And we respond with a virtual rendering so you can show the customer the possibilities and close the sale. PRODUCTION â€" Our sample makers provide the actual sample for your customer's approval. All of this is accomplished in house as is the actual manufacturing and imprinting. With facilities in the US and China, we can meet your budget and delivery requirements and often, much more quickly than you expect. BUDGET â€" With access to a variety of materials and types of construction, we can offer you multiple price ranges for your project to meet your requirements. CUSTOMIZATION â€" State of the art describes the sublimation process we offer, as well as all types of screen printing, embroidery and 4CP transfers. SERVICE â€" Our customer service personnel will make sure your order is processed accurately and that all information on that order is available to you whenever you call.

I had a terrible experience working with this factory. They overcommitted, and undelivered throughout the process. The head of the factory committed to a pre-holiday season ship date, and the factory ended up shipping on their own schedule, several months after the holiday season. We were overcharged shipping fees because they kept delivering a portion of the order at a time (as opposed to shipment of the full order, which is what we requested). I tried to cancel the shipments after they were 1 month past the original ship deadline, and they threatened to sue me. Awful experience, particularly if you are placing orders under ~10,000 units. I think they are used to working with very large companies that have a lot of buying power over them.
