We provide cut and sew services at our factory in Newberg, Oregon, situated in wine country 25 miles Southwest of Portland. With an average age of 35 our ownership and management is young and focused on bringing our energy and passion to manufacturing the best products for our customers. Unlike many domestic factories we adhere to lean manufacturing principles with daily input and output. In addition to gaining maximum efficiency this also allows us superior quality control. All of our sewing staff is cross trained on multiple machines. In addition to contract sewing, we are in the unique position of producing our own brand, NW Alpine, specializing in apparel for alpine climbing. Because of this experience we really understand what brands need from their contract sewing partners. As a small factory crafting high quality apparel, by necessity, we are selective in the projects that we take on. While occasionally we have the capacity to take on small projects, we really excel at helping brands scale up production.
