I know nothing about belt making. I had some personal samples to show them, but it was so helpful to be kindly walked through all the decisions I needed to make and then also be shown options for the future. Maria is a dream to work with. The sample was done extremely quick, responsive on emails, no problems with all my questions, and thank goodness for a sense of humor. Let's have some fun here, people. We're not curing cancer. Looking forward to placing a production order. Recommend indeed.
