Joe Leo Fabrics

Joe Leo Fabrics was established in 1978. Prior to that I worked a few years in production of a garment manufacturer. I then opened my own garment manufacturing company which didn't panout as I expected. I found myself having to disposed of excess fabric inventory. To my enlightment I found an entire sector of the fashion industry that dealt with the disposal of distressed, or unwanted fabric. With my wife, Margo, I started fabric swatching some 35 years ago, building a list of several hundred contacts in all fields of the fabric industry including garment manufacturers, fabric mills, jobbers, retailers etc. With my knowledge of available fabric lots and where best to sell them, my goal is to help others move excess, distressed or unwanted inventory in a timely fashion.
