I have had an excellent experience working with JLD studios. I suspect many manufacturers triage their clients by the size of the invoice: in the past I have had to wait months to even receive an email update about the status of my small project. Not so with JLD! Adrianna has always responded to my messages within a day, Jennifer has been happy to make time to answer my questions, and their team has produced samples on time and with great quality. From sourcing fabric to addressing my quality concerns with construction and printing, the JLD team has provided knowledgable, timely, and courteous service. I look forward to continuing to work with them as my project grows!

Absolutely Incredible Work!
It's not common for a company to write another company a review, but this was very much necessary. Our company has limitations to printing and some of the incredible services that JLD has to offer. Jen, Adrianna, and the rest of her staff are so unbelievably impressive and from a company to a company, exactly the types of people we love to work with. We needed a printer to do almost 200 yards of fabric, on activewear fabric, for one of our clients. My textile designer facilitated the print, JLD's team reviewed the print and found great areas of opportunity to make it even more spectacular. Our client had a very tight turn around, they worked with me and my team, kept constant communication, quality controlled the fabric for us, and delivered onetime. Top notch company we have the pleasure of working with and being in touch with!

I've been waiting a month.
Everything started all well and good here, with emails being responded to quickly and all information given as I needed it. And from all the other reviews I was pretty excited to being working with JLD Studios. I complete as much information on my projects as I can and I am given a 7-10 business day time frame. It passes and a few days after that. I don't hear from them and I email back. They tell me they are very busy at this time. But you couldn't have given me warning? But I let it slide, and since then it's been two weeks and no replies, no updates.

THE BEST.
I've been working with Jennifer for a couple months now and she is incredible. Not only was the very first sample she sent me basically exactly was I was looking for but she's also helped me plan my next steps for larger production. The attention to detail and quality that comes from JLD Studios is simply amazing. I feel really lucky to have been connected with JLD Studios and will continue to work with Jennifer and her team. Basically I cannot give a higher recommendation for working with JLD Studios - they are a real find!
