We were told our project was a quick turnaround. Over a year later, we are barely any farther than we were in 2020. We've been very patient working with this company for over a year on a very simple project. Be aware, they make big promises at the start of the project but struggle to deliver. Resources were useless and extremely limited. Very little guidance was provided despite the website claims of collaboration, and we still don't even have cost details from their sourcing. I would not recommend this company for even the most straightforward garment project.

Their website has a lot of really good information on it. I haven't used them personally.

I had 1 introductory meeting. I sent them my reference documents for the next meeting. Was excited about the potential to work with this company and their production AND marketing/branding departments. I scheduled the next meeting, twice, without anyone showing up. I've emailed several times to different people in the company without response.

  Ghosted

  It was over before it began.

  When I first reached out, I was happy to hear back from them relatively quickly. Over the course of a month, I had three phone calls with one representative, all of which lasted 5 minutes, all of which got us nowhere. Finally, this representative passes my information to a project manager who emails me asking for my best method of contact and availability. To no surprise, I never heard from that project manager.
