Message HEMMENS now to get your order started! Make an appointment today! Sample Lead Time: The lead-time for samples is 4-5 weeks. The lead time starts AFTER all materials, design specifications and any other information required to make the sample has been received. Sample Materials: HEMMENS requires designers to provide all materials and hardware before sample making will start. Items such as glue, thread and filler will be provided and added into the sample cost. Sample & Pattern Pricing: Sample & pattern prices are calculated for each design. Calculations are based on the time it takes to make the sample or pattern. ESTIMATED prices may be given before the sample is made, the ACTUAL cost can only be calculated once the sample is complete. Payment: A 50% deposit is required for all samples & patterns. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the sample, before shipping. Designers are responsible for all shipping costs. Production Lead Time: HEMMENS can easily deliver 400 units of a product in 5 weeks. All materials & information must be provided before a completion date is given. Production Materials: HEMMENS requires all materials and hardware be provided before production will start. Items such as glue, thread and filler will be provided and added into the production cost. *Missing materials may effect your estimated day of completion. Production Pricing: For production prices to be in effect, a minimum of 12 units are required, per color/style. Production prices may be lowered further for production units of 24, 50 and 100+. All orders under 12 pcs will be charged at the sample price. Production prices will be given after the sample is made & approved. *Once the sample is approved for production, materials & construction cannot be changed. Production Payments: A 75% deposit is required for all production orders. The remaining 25% is due upon completion of the units, before shipping. Pictures will be provided upon request. All units will be cleaned, inspected and packaged before shipping. Factory Touring: We do not offer tours of our factory. Our client’s designs and company information are confidential. Additional Services Logo Stamps: HEMMENS can assist you in getting your logo stamps made for your sample & production orders. Stamps are made to fit our logo emboss machine. Logo stamp lead-time is 3-4 weeks. Cutting Dyes: HEMMENS can make cutting dies for your production units. Please discuss the need for production dies after your sample is complete. Production dies take 2-3 weeks to complete. Hardware & leather at factory: We have limited hardware & leather at the factory. Please send more then enough materials to complete your samples & production. All leftover materials will be returned to you.
