Heartland Candles

We strive to make the highest quality, safest, and most natural product possible. Each candle is made by hand right here on our farm in Illinois. We use pure, all-natural soy wax in our candle making for obvious reasons....we are also soybean farmers. A few years ago we began to research diversification in our farming operation, and we decided we wanted to promote a product we knew something about....soybeans! We have been involved in our family soybean seed cleaning/seed production business for over 30 years. It was exciting to learn about the relatively new use of soybeans in making wax for candles and wanted to use this renewable natural resource. Our soy wax is completely natural, pure vegetable wax that is clean burning with less soot and is completely non-toxic. Soy wax candles will burn longer than paraffin wax candles when used properly. We use only soy wax that is produced in the USA, thus helping the American farmer and our nation's economy. The soy wax we use has been manufactured in the USA specifically for use in making highly scented candles. Our wicks are also natural, coreless, and 100% lead free, so you can be sure to get a clean, safe, consistent flame. Lastly, the fragrance oils that we use have been manufactured using the highest grade of raw materials to ensure that they will meet our high standards. Not all fragrance oils are created equally. We also use only jars made is the USA in making our candles. In short, we don't cut any corners in the production of our candles, because we believe in a quality product made with natural and domestic ingredients.
