Purchased in 1980 by John Ward and Deloris, the company remains dedicated to providing that same quality which customers have come to know and expect from the name Hatters. Meet JOHN WARD: For over 45 years, John has made a living manufacturing and selling Western clothing - including more than a decade's experience as the manager of a major Western hat manufacturing company. Each day at the Hatter's plant John uses that same personal expertise in the many blocking and finishing steps required to produce high-quality felt hats. And DELORIS WARD: She manages trim and final inspection. Deloris carefully prepares and packages each hat for shipping.
