Gunny + Galloon is a textile design studio specializing in the creation of hand-made treatments on fabric. At G+G we take an experimental approach to our craft; always looking to discover new and innovative ways to alter, embellish and adorn fabrics. Gunny + Galloon was born out of a commitment to the study of textiles â€" both its rich history and its many diverse craft traditions â€" and an ever-growing dedication to the art of the handmade. At G+G we find inspiration in the patterns and textures of all things that surround us. Simple, seemingly insignificant details fuel our imagination. Not surprisingly, nature â€" its perfect harmony and awesome strangeness â€" never fails to amaze us. In only a few short years, our studio has had the privilege to create work for such established and celebrated designers as Jason Wu, Oscar de la Renta, Vera Wang and Reem Acra. At G+G we cherish the satisfaction of working with our hands and never take for granted the gift of being able to do what we love each day.
