Gowanus Print Lab

The Gowanus Print Lab is a community screen printing studio in the Gowanus neighborhood in Brooklyn. Established in October 2010, our aim is to create a nurturing artist community by providing affordable access to workspace and tools, education through screen printing and design classes, and providing exhibition space for emerging artists. We are a fully-loaded studio with everything you need to complete your screen printing projects- screens, squeegees, tables, inks, emulsions, solvents, exposure table, tape, rulers, scissors, Mac computer lab… just bring what you want to print on! Choose from a two-day, week, or month pass to get printing. In addition to our communal screen printing workspace, we have private artist studios available for rent for those who prefer to have their own dedicated space. The GPL Lounge is an open and inviting event and exhibition space home to Print Lab events and exhibitions and is available for rent. We are also a great source for your print supply needs and we offer a variety of screen printing services such as contract printing (we print your project for you), large format screen exposure, large format film printing, screen stretching & more!
