The Gem Shop is a true lapidary, from the mining of fine agates and jaspers to the cutting of unique designer cabochons. Our world_wide contacts and over 40 years in business have allowed us to gain a vast knowledge of the worldês rock, gem, and lapidary markets. If you are looking for a particular rock, email us; and we will try to get it for you or send you in the right direction. We carry a wide assortment of cabochons, stone and metal beads, findings, and chains for jewelry. For the collector, we cut and polish fine agate and jasper specimens. We also carry variety of minerals from all over the world. Our rock yard and basement are filled with tons of different types of rock. We are a dealer for several lapidary equipment manufacturers (Lortone, Raytech, Diamond Pacific, Graves) and occasionally have used equipment for sale. Select one of our colored gemstones or cabochons for truly a unique piece of jewelry. Then visit one of our local metal smiths for assembly or a custom_made mounting.
