Not to be trusted
Everything sounded great at first. Quickly learned that the owner's words and promises are meaningless. We trusted the factory to handle a 25 shirt sample order which was delivered 3 weeks late (after sales appointments have closed). Thinking this was a one-time error since we were a new client, we continued on for our bulk production order of several hundred shirts. At first the bulk order was going to be two weeks late, then 1 month late, then no later than 2 months (you get the idea). Before any work started we had to pay a 50% deposit on the bulk order. When the owner eventually started to ship our bulk production order, he simply shipped up to the amount of our deposit AND NO MORE. Needless to say, we no longer wanted to work with him at the end of the season. When it came time to pick up the remainder of our property at the factory- the owner refused!! ******NOT TO BE TRUSTED*****
