WHAT WE DO: We help prepare new apparel entrepreneurs for manufacturing. We provide apparel entrepreneurs with a roadmap of steps and all of the industry resources needed to navigate the complex world of manufacturing. We offer product development and no minimum manufacturing of a variety of sewn products. ABOUT US: FABRIC is a non-profit fashion incubator, business accelerator, design studio, academy, and manufacturer that is sustainably disrupting, redefining and reshoring the fashion industry for the modern apparel entrepreneur. OUR NON-PROFIT MISSION: To provide apparel entrepreneurs with training, guidance, innovative industry resources, and access to on-demand manufacturing, so they can build sustainable fashion businesses domestically. IN A NUTSHELL: Manufacturing is hard....especially when you're new to the industry and don't have the same resources that the big brands have, like Production Managers, a team of QC Experts, and a lot of money. When you've got a great idea for a niche sewn product, and the ability to sell direct to consumer online, navigating the industry can be overwhelming and disappointing because the industry is broken, unsustainable, and set up for big brands. SEW.....We set out to democratize the industry and created a revolutionary "road map" that guides apparel entrepreneurs through every step. Now there's no need to have any industry experience. It's like having your very own digital Production Manager, QC Manager, Technical Designer, Branding/Marketing Expert, Business Coach, and Event Planner holding your hand along the way. Our road map also includes hundreds of tools, resources, how-to videos, documents, contracts, lessons, links, expertise, and guidance needed along the way. This empowering, education-based, hands-on approach saves entrepreneurs thousands of dollars and helps avoid many of the issues and obstacles common to manufacturing.
