Engineered Floors, LLC
Manufacturing carpet for more than 30 years

Being a totally new company, Engineered Floors could have been built nearly anywhere. But instead, we chose the place where the tufted carpet industry all began more than a half a century ago ó north Georgia. Just as Silicon Valley is home to the tech industry, Detroit is home to the auto industry and Houston is home to the oil industry, the north Georgia area - between Calhoun and Chattanooga, Tennessee - is home to the carpet industry. In fact, more than 60% of the worlds carpet is made in this floor covering manufacturing corridor. And during recent years, other floor covering companies also have moved their manufacturing and distribution facilities to the area.
