Worst service
I am new to the leather industry; however, every leather sourcing company that I have spoken to (about 30) has had the most wonderful, polite, and helpful employees. EDISM does NOT. It took me three days just to get a hold of one of their sales reps. By the time he got back to me, he told me that he was not interested in working with me. Although he didn't give me a direct reason, he basically suggested that because my company was not yet incorporated, he had no interest in working with me... even after the fact that I told him I needed to source 15,000 sq.ft of leather! What a bonehead.
