Donner Laser Consulting was established in 2007 by Brent Donner, offering consulting, sales, and services to the laser industry. As a separate entity, DLC Manufacturing and Fabrication was added in 2008. Our 9800 sq. ft. facility houses one of the most powerful lasers available, a 6KW Trumpf TruLaser 5040. With over 20 years of combined experience, and 6000 watts at our disposal, we are cutting materials and thicknesses that most people in the industry believe impossible! This machine is truly amazing. Please take a moment and page through our website. All of the items pictured on our website were cut right here in our shop. With a cutting area of 84_ x 163_, we can accommodate most materials. We welcome production runs, prototypes, templates, stencils, and exotics. The focus of DLC is geared toward offering the best quality available, at a competitive price. Furthermore, DLC prides itself on cutting materials and thicknesses that competitors cannot cut on a laser. The advantage over other processes on thicker materials is accuracy (+/- .005) and in most cases, cost savings.
