Delta Circle Industries, Inc.

Delta Circle Industries has always been a service based company. In fact, service was at the foundation of its creation. Our sister company, Pharmaceutical Packaging Services had been serving the pharmaceutical industry, providing custom slitting and sheeting of lidding materials for the packaging of drugs and the custom packaging of "bingo cards" for nursing homes. As an additional service to our customers', we opened the doors to Delta Circle Industries to supplement our offerings of lidstock with a wide range of plastic packaging. In addition to pharmaceutical, we now service nutraceutical, food, electronics, industrial, and general consumer goods markets. Delta Circle Industries was incorporated in October, 1988. Our production was primarily directed at the manufacture of custom pill packs for the nursing home industry. Our first thermoforming line offers a forming area of 20" x 15" x 3" (above and below the sheet line) and is still in full production today. As our customer base grew to include industrial applications, consumer products, food, and electronic customers, we found the need to expand operations. In 1993, we built a 25,000 sq. ft. facility and added a thermoforming line capable of forming 30" x 30" x 5" (above and below the sheet line). We have since added a third line expanding our forming capabilities to 30" x 40" x 5" (above and below the sheet line). In addition, this newest line has expanded the variety of plastics we can offer. Delta Circle Industries continues to plan for future growth by upgrading our facility. We are also investigating moving some of our operations into a Class 10,000 clean room environment. This will further strengthen our commitment to our customers in the pharmaceutical, food, and electronic markets. Innovations in plastics are moving at a rapid pace and Delta Circle Industries is well poised to fulfill any requirements that the future demands.
